Where are you located? What do you mainly sell?

We are a women-owned small business based in California, USA. We design and handcraft woolen coats, jackets, and clothing accessories primarily made of wool.

What are the special features of your wool coats? Where does the wool come from?

Our wool comes from Australia and is processed into soft and comfortable fabric through special procedures. Our double-face wool coat is meticulously hand-stitched by experienced artisans in China, with 12-13 stitches every 3 centimeters, involving over 160 processes. The production time is five times longer than that of ordinary coats. The fabric features non-irritating properties.

When can I expect to receive my order?

The wool coat will be shipped in 7 to 14 days after your order is placed, and if the item is in stock - up to 3 days. For orders over $35 within the United States, we provide free shipping, and we will use USPS Ground Advantage for shipping, which takes 2-5 days. International shipping costs will be paid by the customer and may vary depending on the country.

What is a Pre-order item? How long do I need to wait?

A Pre-order item requires a longer processing time, typically around 2-3 weeks. Once we have prepared the item, we will ship it to you promptly.

What should I do if the coat I receive has wrinkles?

Before shipping, we carefully iron each coat, but due to transportation, the fabric of the coat may become wrinkled. After receiving the product, hanging it for a couple of days or ironing it carefully with medium heat temperature can remove these wrinkles.

How do I return an item if it doesn't fit me?

If the garment does not fit or meet your expectations, please keep the original packaging and contact us within 30 days of receiving the package. We will provide a return label; however, the return shipping fee of $8-$12/item will be covered by the buyer and deducted from the refund. Once we receive your return, a refund will be promptly issued to you. For international orders, you will need to cover the shipping costs back to the United States. All returns are processed at our studio in California, USA.

How can I exchange for a different style or size?

Please contact us as soon as you receive the item. We offer free return shipping for exchanges. You will need to purchase the new product first, then use the return label we provide to return the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive it, we will issue a full refund to you.

Do you offer customization services for your clothes?

Currently, our wool coats do not accept customization of styles and sizes. All coats come in pre-designed and pre-cut sizes by our designers.

What sizes are available for your clothes?

Most of the wool coats in the store are one-size-fits-all, unless otherwise specified in the product description (approximately equivalent to US numeric sizes 4-16 or letter sizes S-XL, with variations for each coat). Please carefully compare the size measurements provided in the description to determine if it suits you.

How do I know what my specific size is?

You can measure the size of a well-fitting coat you usually wear, including length, bust, shoulder width, and sleeve length, and compare it with our size chart. Alternatively, you can contact us, letting us know the style you're interested in and your measurements (such as height, weight, and bust), and we will provide recommendations.

How should I clean my wool coat?

All woolen garments require professional dry cleaning, cannot be machine washed, dried, or bleached. However, wool coats have self-cleaning properties, so typically, one professional dry cleaning session after the season ends is sufficient.
